Booking with us is easy and straightforward. You can expect a response within 24 hours confirming the availability of your preferred date and time. Once your session is confirmed, you will be redirected back to the booking page, where you can choose your desired service package. Click on the link below the package you have selected, and your payment options will appear in a separate window.

The pricing details for our standard photography packages can be accessed on the booking page. In case you require a service that is not mentioned on the website, kindly fill out the form present at the bottom of the page. You will receive a response within 24 to 48 hours.

After signing the session agreement, you will be redirected to our secure and user-friendly online payment page.

We understand that event preparation can be costly. Let's discuss payment options for sessions over $500. The balance must be paid in full to receive your photos.

After you've booked your session, we won't be able to accept any bookings that conflict with that specific date and time. In other words, if the shoot is canceled, we have lost all potential bookings for that day. However, this policy ensures that the day is not a total loss in case of a last-minute cancellation. Please note that you can always re-book, but a 7-day notice is required.

We would like to ensure that we are the best fit for you before you book your session. Therefore, we recommend a brief (free of charge) consultation to discuss our package options and understand your expectations for the session. Once your session has been booked, we will follow up with you to discuss styling, wardrobe, and grooming, as clients often ask for advice on what to wear. If you need any further assistance, we are more than happy to discuss over the phone or email. Please arrive early on the day of the session to allow us to talk in-person. We are open to making special accommodations upon request, so please let us know how we can assist you!

There are multiple options available for a photoshoot. We can either conduct a studio session in a controlled environment or an on-location session. We can also provide recommendations from a list of local scenic spots.

Travel within a 10-mile radius of 71104 is included in the price. Additional fees apply for locations outside this radius, and you will be made aware of this before booking confirmation.

We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your session. This will allow us to ease any pre-shoot jitters and address any last-minute questions or concerns you might have.

 After booking a session, many clients often seek advice on what to wear. Therefore, we will follow up with you to discuss styling, wardrobe, and grooming in preparation for the shoot. Additionally, we have guides with helpful tips that can assist you in preparing for your close-up!

We are happy to let you know that we can extend your party. We will give you a notice 30 minutes before your session ends. If you want to continue with the photo shoot, you will be charged an extra hourly rate in 30-minute increments.

If we exceed the agreed-upon number of photos, additional editing time will be required and billed accordingly.

We understand that sometimes weather can be unpredictable and may affect your plans. If inclement weather occurs, we are happy to reschedule your session.

Our standard photo editing services enhance your images through professional color grading and precise straightening. For those seeking even more, we offer advanced enhancement services tailored to your needs.

Our typical turnaround time for small sessions is usually around 5 business days. However, since event photography requires more time and effort, we usually ask for 2 weeks to sort and edit all the photos, depending on the number of images captured. Before finalizing the contract, we'll have a detailed discussion with you to agree on the timeline and make sure it meets your requirements.

The watermark is an overlay image and will not appear in your final files.

Once your files are ready for release, you will have two options to obtain them. You can either download the images or request them on a USB storage drive. Your digital files will be available for downloading online for 30 days. After 30 days, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need assistance in retrieving your files.

We understand that data loss due to technical issues may occur, but be assured that your files are backed up and can be retrieved upon request.

Ellis Epic Images LLC is the sole owner of the copyright to all the images we produce. We hold the exclusive right to determine how these images can be used. Please note that we do not offer the option of releasing or obtaining the copyright in our standard contracts, packages, or services. However, you are welcome to use our images for marketing and advertising purposes. Please be aware that using the images for merchandising is strictly prohibited.

Certainly! We typically provide our clients with two file formats, one for web use and the other for print. These formats come with full usage permission for any print or online marketing and advertising purposes. In addition, purchased photography files are usually accompanied by a contract that outlines the usage permissions.  However, there are two limitations to these permissions. 

Firstly, the usage permission is single-use, which means that clients may not distribute their photographs to third parties. Secondly, merchandising is not allowed, which means that our photographs cannot be used on products that are made for free or paid distribution.  

Please note that these usage permissions require a separate usage license and fee.

Merchandising requires a separate license agreement and fee. It involves the use of your photographs in products that are made specifically for distribution or sale/profit, such as books, prints, and other merchandise.

Think of RAW files like an unfinished painting that an artist never sells. They consist of unprocessed data that needs specialized software to turn it into a photograph. RAW files are not actual photographs and cannot be released as such.
